یورودرم فوم یک پانسمان فوم پلی اورتان هیدروسلولار چند لایه­ای هیدرو فیلیک است که یک لایه فیلم پلی اورتان سمی پرمبل پوشانده شده است.

یوروفارم فوم با ساختار سه لایه خود شامل:

1) یک لایه فیلم پلی اورتان (خارجی ترین لایه) که نسبت به آب و باکتری نفوذناپذیر است.

2) لایه میانی فوم پلی اورتان که با قدرت جذب بالایی که دارد، کنترل جذب اگزودای زخم را ضمانت می­کند.

3) لایه تماسی با بستر زخم (Wound Contact Layer) یک فیلم پلی اورتان مشبک است که به بستر زخم نمی­چسبد و باعث انتقال اگزودای زخم به فوم می­شود و با خاصیت ویژه­ای که دارد مانع خیس خوردگی و Maceration پوست اطراف زخم می­گردد.

ساختار ویژه گوشه های صاف یورودرم فوم، امکان بکارگیری پانسمان­های ثانویه تثبیت کننده را آسانتر می­کند. (مانند چسب، فیلم پلی اورتان و یا باندهای کشی) همچنین حفاظت مازاد در مقابل نشتی مایعات را تنظیم می­کند. یورودرم فوم با ساختار ویژه­ای که دارد باعث انتقال فشار به میزان یکسان به بستر شده و مانع از انتقال ضربه به بستر زخم می­گردد. این پانسمان بسته به شرایط بیمار و اگزودای زخم تا 7 روز می­تواند روی زخم باقی بماند.

موارد کاربرد:

تمام زخم­های حاد و مزمن و زخم­های دارای اگزودای متوسط تا زیاد و همچنین برای زخم­هایی با لبه های نازک و شکننده مناسب می­باشد.

Euroderm foam plus

Multilayered hydrocellular polyurethane foam combining the features of Euromed foam with an adhesive border which grants an effective fixation, even on difficult-to- dress areas.

Foam dressing consisting of an hypoallergenic semi-permeable adhesive polyurethane top layer and of a soft highly absorbent foam pad. Fluids are uniformly distributed into polyurethane foam pad which, thus, perfectly conforms to the wound-bed maintaining the optimal moist wound environment for healing process.

The high absorption of the foam dressing provides superior fluids management for a longer period of time. This minimizes discomfort for the patient and results more cost effective. The thickness of the foam ensures cushioning effect.

Euroderm foam plus reduces pressure over the wound area, thereby reducing friction and sheer stresses and giving excellent patient comfort and protection. Do no use to dress wounds with a fragile periwound area.

Euroderm foam plus can be used as a secondary dressing in combination with cavitary dressing (gauzes or alginates – Eurosorb roll), or in combination with compressive bandages for the treatment of arterial and venous stasis leg ulcers.

For the treatment of necrotic or fibrinous wounds it is advisable to use it in combination with Hydromed gel. The dressing can stay in place for up to 7 days.

The frequency of change results from the clinical conditions, the type of wound and the quantity of exudates.
